We all want our kids to get off their screens, and start moving around more. There's so much to be gained from being active, enjoying outdoor activities and engaging with real people in real-life situations. The lifelong benefits of establishing a healthy lifestyle are well documented. And there's one other thing that is also well established. ie. the earlier we get kids started with the idea of building healthy habits, the more likely it is that they will stick with these habits as they grow.

Our Youth Squad program has been around for quite a while now, and it's more popular than ever before. It's not hard to see why. Their parents have often said that they would have loved it if this kind of fitness program had been around when they themselves we youngsters!

It may have been a less risk averse time, that's for sure. But, there's no doubt that the skills gained from playing on monkey bars, skipping, to walking around on our hands ... have stood us in good stead (at least a little bit!). Our youth program is a chance for your kids to get the same experience you had as a kid. We take this kind activity and turn it into a dynamic and adaptable fitness program that holds immense promise for the well-rounded development physical and behavioural development of every child.
